Lead School Age Program Instructor
The School Age Program Instructor works with youth to do homework, tutor, perform arts & crafts and plan and prepare sports, games and outdoor activities. The Instructor is responsible for leading, creating and managing youth activities, ensuring youth safety and interacting with parents. Responsible for ensuring youth follow instructions and engage in activities. Prepares snacks and may assist in van monitor duties. Follows and adheres to all policies and procedures.

• May lead students in activities prepared by Lead Staff
• Helps students with their homework

• Assists with all fire safety drills
• Perform van driving or monitoring duties as assigned
• Responsible for preparing snacks and meals
• Responsible for cleaning and breaking down activity areas and outdoor areas
• May be asked to monitor the front desk/phones or letting in and screening visitors
• Follows all policies and procedures

School Age Program Karate Instructor
The School Age Karate Instructor teaches students karate 3 to 4 days per week during program hours. In addition, this role is responsible for assisting lead staff in setting up and taking down activity areas including preparing supplies for the weekly lessons, assisting youth during activities leading and participating in activities, helps students with homework, prepares snacks and may assist as s a van monitor. No experience necessary, paid training available.

School Age Program Staff
School age staff are responsible for assisting lead staff in setting up and taking down activity areas including preparing supplies for the weekly lessons, assisting youth during activities leading and participating in activities, helps students with homework, prepares snacks and drives van or work as a van monitor. Responsible for tutoring students if hired for that role. Follows and adheres to all policies and procedures.
